Easy for seeds at Tashkent Open Qualifiers

September 26:  It was an easy day for seeds   in the first round of the qualifying rounds at the 17th edition of the Tashkent Open which began  at the Olympic Tennis School complex here.

Eighth seeded  Ekaterina Bychkova  was troubled by German  Carolin Daniels before she won  6/3 3/6 6/2 . Third seeded Swiss  Stefanie Voegele  ousted  local wildcard  Vlada Ekshibarova   6/1 6/3 ,  while  fifth seeded Ukrainian   Maryna Zanevska ended the challenge of the other wildcard    Arina FOLTS  6/1 6/3;

Former Uzbek No .1  Akgul Amanmuradova wasted three breakpoints in the second set  and went down to seventh seeded  Katarzyna Piter of Poland  , Piter who was serving 6-5 (0-40) in the second set , held on to her nerves to hold on to her serve and go on to setup a  6/2 7/5 win and move into the final round qualifiers
